This piece includes, indian marble, indian batik, mulberry, regular cardstock, lotka and a couple of unknown papers.
My adventures in paper arts and crafts began in 2008. I generally create trees and other nature scenes along with dimensional, textured flowers but will let my inspiration guide the projects I work on so we'll see what else the future holds. I am enjoying the journey and love the progression of my work as time goes on and hope you do to. Happy creating everyone!

The glue's not even dry but...
I am so thrilled with the direction my paper art is taking after my long hiatus. I tried many different and new techniques this time and worked on improving the dimension of my pieces. I think this piece has paper that's torn, scrunched, cut, sliced, punched and whatever else worked in the process. This 11 x 14 piece includes my first attempt at water, dimensional leaves on the trees, reeds, bushes, etc. Had so much fun and did the bulk of the work on Saturday. In the end I just feel like I AM BACK! Learned a lot on this one and can't wait to start the next one and improve some more...what to do next??? I guess we'll see.
